In the early morning of March 26, Beijing time, the parent company of CHAGEE officially submitted an F-1 prospectus to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), planning to land on the NASDAQ with the stock code "CHA" (that is, the pinyin of "tea"). If successfully listed, it will become the first Chinese new tea beverage brand to land on the U.S. stock market, and it will also be the fifth domestic head tea beverage company to be listed after Naixue, Hey Tea, Mixue Bingcheng and Chayan Yuese.

Previously, CHAGEE had obtained the overseas listing filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on March 6, 2025, and planned to issue no more than 64,731,900 ordinary shares.
